  • The customer changed their mind after the order was processed

These restrictions are necessary because each order is made uniquely for you.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or refund depending on your preference and the availability of the product.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong or damaged item, we’ll replace it free of charge after verification.


8. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is approved due to our error (wrong or defective item), Gemoryx LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
For other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
